Guest Advocate (Cashier), General Merchandise, Fulfillment, Food and Beverage, Style (T0661) role s On-Demand position offers a flexible schedule and is not guaranteed a posted weekly schedule; shifts are picked up as available and needed by store leadership.

Starting Hourly Rate / Salario por Hora Inicial: $16.25 USD per hour

• Scan and bag items efficiently and accurately, complying with safety standards.
• Minimize guest wait times while maintaining service and accuracy.
• Promote and educate guests about loyalty programs, fulfillment services, and app features.
• Assist with order pickup, drive-up, returns, and related services following policies and procedures.
• Support cash handling and cash office processes as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area; report hazards and follow safety policies.
• Adhere to all policies, training, and safety guidelines relevant to role.
