Part Time Bookkeeper

Overview

Cub Willmar is looking for a dedicated individual to fill a part-time bookkeeper position. Bookkeepers at Cub perform daily store accounting procedures and provide management with accurate and timely reporting of the store’s cash flow while ensuring proper security and confidentiality.

• Ensure positive customer relations and satisfaction
• Perform daily store accounting procedures
• Conduct security procedures for the store bookkeeping office, information, and contents
• Provide for clean, efficient organization of the bookkeeping office
• Perform front end duties
• Assist with front end maintenance and cleaning

• Equipment operation (scanner, register, check approval machine, coupon machine, intercom, calculator, telephone, etc.)
• Able to sit and stand for long periods of time
• Memorization, reading, writing and math
• The position requires ongoing customer interaction, providing prompt, courteous and accurate service
• Good judgment is required when direct supervision may not be immediately available
• Ability to understand and follow verbal or demonstrated instructions; write identifying information; request supplies verbally or in writing
• Must be able to work shifts varying in length and time, including nights, weekends and holidays
• Must be 18 years of age or older

• Walking on uneven ground
• Reaching, bending, turning, repetitive motions
