The RoleThe Customer Account Representative provides superior customer service to maintain consumer relationships and meet company account management expectations while adhering to company standards, policies, and procedures. This role positively impacts customer growth and revenue through sales activities, account management, and total customer satisfaction.
Expected Hours of WorkFull‑time:
Monday through Saturday, store open‑to‑close hours, with Sunday off and one other weekday off. Schedules may change throughout the year based on business needs.
Hourly rate: $14.45 – $19.55, paid weekly. In addition, the position qualifies for weekly distribution along with all company‑wide roles.
Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Service
- Provide friendly, top‑notch customer experiences through “white glove” service, obtaining new orders on the sales floor and over the phone.
Deliveries and Pickups
- Get out of the store, loading/unloading and installing products safely and in compliance, while maintaining clean and properly maintained vehicles.
Merchandising
- Maintain an inviting store with organized product and cleanliness, refurbishing merchandise and keeping the showroom dusted, vacuumed, and organized.
- At least 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valid state driver’s license and good driving record – you will be driving company vehicles.
- Ability to lift and move product such as furniture, electronics, and appliances.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Consistent in‑person attendance.

The job is very active: standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, and climbing all day. You will frequently lift and move heavy items. All coworkers must adhere to company safety guidelines while meeting these demands.
