Cub Willmar is looking for a dedicated individual to fill a part‑time bakery clerk position. Bakery clerks provide wrapping, stocking, and customer‑service support for the department and are essential for meeting daily sales goals and ensuring a positive shopping experience.

• Prepare and wrap bakery product
• Stock, rotate, and face bakery product
• Perform cleanup of the department
• Assist with department merchandising as directed
• Assist with customer questions or requests

• Operate equipment (shrink wrap, label machine, bread slicer, knives, bakery racks, etc.)
• Walk long distances and stand for extended periods of time.
• Engage in ongoing customer interaction, providing prompt, courteous, and accurate service.
• Exercise good judgment; direct supervision may not always be immediately available.
• Understand and follow verbal or demonstrated instructions; write identifying information; request supplies verbally or in writing.
• Work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Be 18 years of age or older.

• Lifting/carrying up to 50 lbs.
• Pushing/pulling up to 50 lbs.
• Walking on uneven ground
• Reaching, bending, turning, repetitive motions
• Extended exposure to varied temperatures and wet surfaces

Actual pay will depend on a number of factors, including, but not limited to, education, experience, training, and any requirements under applicable collective bargaining agreements.
