Senior Account Manager

DI Labs is seeking a Senior Account Manager to lead relationships with strategic clients across medical, industrial, and emerging markets. This is a hands-on, client-facing role where you’ll guide customers from discovery through production, acting as the central point of contact to ensure solutions are manufacturable, aligned with business goals, and delivered on time.

• Own and grow 10–15 high-value client accounts.
• Lead client discovery sessions, check-ins, and business reviews.
• Translate customer needs into manufacturable solutions with support from Applications Engineers and Inside Sales.
• Drive quoting accuracy, project feasibility, and revenue growth.
• Act as the client’s advocate across engineering, production, and operations.

• 5+ years of account management or client relationship experience in manufacturing, technical sales, or product development.
• Ability to understand technical details and communicate confidently with engineers and non-technical buyers.
• Strong interpersonal, follow-through, and problem-solving skills.
• CRM experience and knowledge of quoting processes.
• (Preferred) Background in additive/digital manufacturing, DFAM principles, or contract manufacturing services.
