Willmar (Company Headquarters) - STARTING WAGE RANGE: $48,620.00 - $57,200.00 Annually (depending upon experience)

2nd Shift 1:00 PM - 10:00 PM, typically Monday through Friday;

- WCS will help interested candidates earn their CDL (typically a 6-to-8-week Program).

Technicians in this position will be trained to provide superior maintenance on both diesel equipment and, at some locations, our growing fleet of compressed natural gas trucks. The Technician will work with and learn from experienced diesel Mechanics while following established procedures to accomplish daily tasks. This includes assisting with minor repairs and preventive maintenance.
