Livehaul Loader Operator Specialist

Full Time – Hourly

• Must be a Citizen or National of the United States, a lawful, permanent resident, or have authorization to work in the United States

Job Responsibilities

• Assist the supervisor by training, developing & instructing group of employees who load birds (bird crew)
• Assist with all implementation and enforcement of all company and departmental rules, policies, and programs.
• Drive loader to and from the barn location.
• Transport poultry crew to and from the barn location.
• Drive a loader truck to and from the barn location.
• Safely and efficiently load poultry.
• Operate auto-loading equipment.
• Complete all required paperwork.
• Other tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Minimum Qualifications

* Must possess a current Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with no restrictions & current DOT medical exam certificate

• Valid Class A CDL and able to meet JOTS driving qualifications.
• Good written/verbal communication skills.
• Able to wear eye and respiratory protection on a continuous basis.
• Able to meet all sanitation requirements.
• Able to stoop, bend, and/or squat frequently.
• Able to follow bio security guidelines.
• Able to work in all weather conditions
• Cannot own or raise any type of fowl, turkeys, chickens, or parakeets
• Due to respiratory safety factors, position requires a personal hygiene policy of no beards.
• Position includes varying start times, work hours, working conditions, and some weekends as scheduled.
• Able to work with minimal supervision.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
