Looking for experienced GM Certified technicians (Hiring Bonus Available)

Serpentini Chevrolet is looking for highly motivated individuals with a passion for the automotive industry to join our team as a Technician/Skilled Labor Contractor.

Base pay range: $80,000.00 – $ per year.

This is a full-time, hourly position with a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $110,000 per year based on experience and skill level. • Diagnose and repair a wide range of automotive issues on various makes and models of vehicles.
• Perform routine maintenance and service tasks such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections.
• Use diagnostic equipment and resources to accurately troubleshoot and fix problems.
• Communicate with service advisors and customers to explain repair recommendations and provide cost estimates.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while working in the service department.
• Complete all vehicle repairs and services efficiently and accurately, while maintaining quality workmanship.
• Keep a clean and organized work area.
• Participate in ongoing training and education to stay up-to-date with industry advancements and trends.

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Previous experience as an automotive technician or a strong mechanical background.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality work.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must have own tools.
• ASE certifications are a plus, but not required.
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
