Job Overview

K&D Group is recruiting for an Accounting Specialist position at the corporate campus in Willoughby. This is a full-time position that would consist of bookkeeping responsibilities over multiple sites. The role requires general accounting skills, accounts receivable experience, strong computer skills (Excel required), Yardi knowledge is a plus, and strong organizational and time management skills.

• Perform bookkeeping duties for multiple sites.
• Manage accounts receivable processes.
• Maintain accurate accounting records.
• Utilize Excel and Yardi software for data entry and reporting.
• Collaborate with teams to meet financial reporting deadlines.

• Entry-level experience in general accounting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with Yardi preferred.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Excellent computer skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.

Full-time, $22.00 per hour.
