Senior Estimator

• Organize and oversee estimating activities for assigned projects
• Compile complete estimates under the supervision of the Director of Pre‑Construction
• Maintain consistent communication with clients regarding value engineering and budget updates
• Lead pre‑construction meetings and provide meeting minutes
• Mentor and coach Estimators within the Building Group
• Review and refine budgets, bids, proposals, and summaries
• Provide drawing reviews for constructability and value engineering
• Develop and improve estimating procedures
• Cultivate relationships with subcontractors, vendors, and clients

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
• At least 10 years of experience in competitive bid and conceptual budgeting
• Thorough knowledge of construction industry practices, codes, and regulations
• Strong leadership, mentoring, and communication skills
• Proficiency in estimating software (On‑Screen and Sage Estimating preferred) and Excel
• Ability to manage multiple bids and deadlines
• Analytical mindset with strong organizational and time‑management skills
