Marous Brothers Construction (MBC), located in Willoughby, Ohio, is seeking a self‑motivated Estimator for our Building Groups. MBC is recognized as one of the leading construction firms in the Midwest, offering integrated services for complete construction solutions.

As an Estimator, you will analyze plans, assess costs, and craft competitive bids that help build the communities we serve. Your day‑to‑day responsibilities include:

• Analyze drawings and specs to develop accurate bids
• Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors for pricing
• Prepare quantity take-offs, bid breakdowns, and proposal documents
• Attend pre‑bid walk‑throughs and ensure bid coverage
• Review and qualify proposals, summarize scopes of work
• Finalize the Bid Book and support hand‑off to Project Managers
• Assist with contract reviews and ongoing project support

What you’ll need:

• 5+ years of estimating experience
• Strong understanding of financial practices, accounting policies, and computer‑related programs
• Excellent communication and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple bids and deadlines
• Experience with Sage, On‑Screen Takeoff, or similar program preferred
