Base pay range: $16.00/hr – $22.00/hr

Guaranteed minimum wage: $14-$18 per hour with the ability to make up to $800.00 per week, paid weekly.

• Clean customers' homes according to Molly Maid standards
• Follow our process and delight every customer. Earn tips
• Communicate with customers and others in a friendly, positive, and professional manner
• Team lead responsibilities: manage the team's schedule, drive safely, maintain equipment, load car with supplies

• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• Complete a background check
• Physical ability to mop, vacuum, dust, work overhead, and complete housekeeping tasks
• Availability Monday through Friday during the day, 7:45am to 5pm
