Maple Ridge Senior Living is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to join our team in Willoughby, OH. The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing exceptional care to our residents, ensuring their safety, comfort, and well‑being in a warm and supportive environment. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our residents through personal care, companionship, and assistance with daily activities.

• Our wages start at $16 an hour + a 0.25 NOC Shift differential and a 0.25 weekend differential

• Provides assistance as needed with medication reminders, bathing, grooming, dressing, escort service, and other activities of daily living.
• Follows the schedule of residents’ needs set out by supervisor.
• Provides emotional and social support to residents.
• Documents daily log of assistance.
• Informs supervisor of any resident issues or concerns.
• Respects and encourages the independence and dignity of the residents.
• Protects residents’ confidentiality.
• Is familiar with emergency equipment and procedures.
• Attends all required training, in‑service, and staff meetings.
• Strives to maintain a safe working environment through the prevention of accidents, the preservation of equipment, and the achievement of safe working practices.
• Maintains a positive and professional demeanor toward residents, visitors, families, and co‑workers.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

• Able to communicate well in both verbal and written forms
