Nursing Manager; RN

Responsibilities

• Develops and manages a mental health or chemical dependency based program of nursing and other clinical services on unit.
• Provides overall management and administrative guidance to specifically assigned programs.
• Assesses educational and programmatic needs.
• Develops policies and collaborates with other health care providers in the provision of services to target populations.

Education/Licensure: Active Ohio RN license; BSN preferred.

Experience: Minimum three years of clinical experience and/or managerial, supervisory or leadership experience.

Additional Requirements: Trained in Non‑Violent Crisis Intervention and CPR prior to accepting an independent assignment or released from orientation.
