Overview
Project Manager plays a critical role in overseeing the full lifecycle of construction projects, from pre-construction planning through final close-out. This position requires an experienced, proactive leader who can manage all aspects of construction delivery including budgeting, scheduling, purchasing, subcontractor coordination, and client communication. The Project Manager ensures project goals are met while maintaining compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and contract terms.
Ideal candidates bring at least 3 years of experience as a Project Engineer and 1–3 years of independently managing commercial construction projects. The role demands strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills, as well as an ability to lead teams in high-pressure environments. Candidates should also be well-versed in cost control, scheduling, risk management, and documentation processes. ResponsibilitiesProject Oversight: Manage all aspects of project execution including estimating, purchasing, compliance, schedule development, and financial performance.
Contract & Documentation: Handle contracts, submittals, RFIs, change orders, and ensure proper documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
Team & Client Coordination: Maintain effective communication with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure alignment and smooth project execution.
Field Support & Scheduling: Work closely with field teams on logistics, subcontractor coordination, and construction scheduling.
Close-Out & Warranty: Oversee final punch lists, deliver operation manuals, and coordinate warranty work post-completion.

BenefitsSalary Range: $85,000–$115,000 plus bonuses and a $3,000 employee referral bonus.
