- 2002 Joseph Lloyd Pkwy, Willoughby, OH 44094
- Operate Swiss CNC Machines to produce precision aerospace components.
- Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, manufacturing instructions, and job travelers.
- Monitor machine operation and make tool replacements and offsets.
- Perform in-process inspections using precision measurement tools (micrometers, calipers, indicators, bore gages, etc.).
- Ensure parts conform to AS9100 quality standards and meet all dimensional, fit & finish customer and internal requirements.
- Maintain accurate digital and paper documentation of production and inspection data.
- Assist in root cause analysis and resolution of production issues when applicable.
- Follow 5S and Lean principles to maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Comply with all company safety procedures and workplace policies.
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience operating CNC Swiss-type lathes in a high-precision aerospace manufacturing environment. Ideally on a Tsugami CNC Swiss machine but not required.
- Proven experience performing machine operations
, including tooling replacement, setting and adjusting offsets, and maintaining production quantities. - Demonstrated ability to make in-process tool offset adjustments to maintain dimensional conformance.
- Experience machining aerospace alloys such as Inconel and stainless steels
, is a plus, but not required. - Proficient use of precision measuring instruments including micrometers, height gages, indicators, bore gages, and optical comparators.
- Experience working under AS9100 or ISO 9001 quality standards and maintaining process documentation is a plus but not required.
- Prior experience with second shift or minimal-supervision production environments preferred.
- Competitive Compensation: $25.00-$35.00/hr (offer based on experience)

- Second Shift – Monday to Thursday (5:00 PM – 5:00 AM)
- Overtime may be required based on production needs.
- First shift availability required at the start of employment for onboarding, new employee training, and assignment specific training. Length of first shift requirement will be determined based on candidate’s qualifications.
- Periodic first shift assignments may be required for additional training, new process implementation training, and when deemed necessary by the management team.
