We’re hiring NOW! Join a fast‑growing architectural metals shop producing high‑end custom projects. No slow seasons, steady hours, and room to move up.

• Operate and monitor CNC waterjet equipment to cut metal parts to specification
• Read and interpret fabrication drawings, part files (DXF/DWG), and job travelers
• Load and secure materials safely (sheet, plate, architectural metals)
• Perform basic machine programming, nesting, and setup
• Inspect finished parts for accuracy using calipers, gauges, and measuring tools
• Maintain cut quality, edge finish, and tight tolerances
• Perform routine maintenance, nozzle checks, and equipment upkeep
• Work collaboratively with engineering and fabrication teams to meet project deadlines
• Follow all shop safety procedures and maintain a clean work area

• 1–3 years of CNC waterjet or similar CNC machine operation experience (laser, plasma, router)
• Experience with architectural metals or custom fabrication preferred
• Ability to read technical drawings and understand GD&T
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem‑solving skills
• Familiarity with CAD/CAM software a plus (Flow Path, OMAX Layout/Make, Sigma Nest, etc.)
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand for extended periods
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
