Sanitation Supervisor; Afternoon Shift, Mon–Thurs

We're hiring a Sanitation Supervisor to lead a small sanitation team at our food manufacturing facility!

The Fremont Company has been family owned and operated since 1905, and Paisley Farm is known for producing quality, shelf-stable food products in a clean, well-run environment. Sanitation is taken seriously here and this role plays a key part in keeping our standards high.

This position is ideal for someone with hands‑on sanitation experience who also enjoys leading people, working with purpose, and having a consistent schedule that allows for long weekends.

• Four-day workweek with long weekends most weeks (M-TH 3:00 pm - 1:00 am)

• Leading and working alongside the sanitation team
• Ensuring production lines, equipment, and facility are properly cleaned and sanitized
• Completing inspections, swabbing, and sanitation documentation
• Training team members and setting clear expectations
• Identifying issues and driving corrective actions
• Partnering with Quality to maintain food safety and audit readiness

• Sanitation experience in a food manufacturing environment
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience
• Comfortable being hands‑on while leading a team
• Someone who takes pride in clean, safe, and organized work
