General Production Labor Worker

Production laborer works under the direction of the Plant Supervisor. Production worker performs a variety of production duties, such as bending, grinding, fluxing, or performing other operations that can be learned on the job in a short time.

• Able to read a tape measure and blueprint
• Able to stand for long periods of time
• Capable of lifting 50 pounds without assistance
• General understanding of a manufacturing environment
• Operate different machines according to specifications
• Be willing to work in different departments and cross train to become a valuable team member
