Eden Senior Care and Maple Ridge Senior Living – part of the Vista Senior Living Management network – are seeking a compassionate LPN to join our team in Willoughby, OH

As an LPN, you will provide direct patient care, support nursing assistants, and collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure the safety, comfort, and well‑being of our residents, including memory‑impaired individuals.

• Plan and deliver direct and indirect patient care using the nursing process.
• Supervise day‑to‑day activities of nursing assistants.
• Administer medications as ordered by physicians.
• Communicate changes in patient clinical condition with physicians, nursing supervisors, and families.
• Complete accurate record keeping for admissions, discharges, and transfers.

• Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in good standing.
• 1+ year experience in a long‑term care setting.
• Strong knowledge of current care standards, regulations, and medication laws.
• Experience caring for memory‑impaired residents.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Graduate or future graduate from an accredited nursing program.
• Experience in long‑term care or assisted living environments.
