• Assist the Store Manager with daily operations and step into their role when needed; supervise, train, and support team members to keep everything running smoothly.
• Greet customers warmly, assist with purchases, and resolve issues with professionalism and care. Build positive relationships with regular guests.
• Keep the store clean, organized, stocked, and safe; follow company policies for transactions, loss prevention, and age‑restricted sales.
• Manage inventory, complete reports, and help maintain high operational standards.

• 2–4 years of supervisory or customer‑service experience.
• Strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills; familiarity with cash registers and basic store equipment.
• Willingness to work overtime, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Valid driver’s license, proof of insurance, and flexibility to travel to nearby stores when needed.
