At Marketing Communication Resource, Inc. (As a full-service commercial print and direct mail provider, we coordinate highly personalized, data-driven communications for hundreds of clients-spanning higher education, healthcare, government, and non-profit sectors.
We are expanding our team and looking for an ambitious, outgoing Sales Representative who thrives in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
As a Sales Representative at MCR, you will be a key driver of our revenue growth and market expansion. In this role, you will identify high-potential prospects, initiate strategic outreach, and turn cold opportunities into long-term client relationships.
- Drive Prospecting & Outreach:
Source new sales opportunities through structured outbound cold calling, targeted email campaigns, and rapid inbound lead follow-up. - Pipeline Management:
Research target accounts, map key decision-makers, and maintain a high-volume, organized CRM database of qualified prospects. - Client Engagement & Travel:
Present MCR's capabilities and solutions to client groups. Travel approximately 25-30% , including overnight and occasional weekend travel, for industry events and client meetings as needed.
- Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) preferred.
- Communication
Skills:
Outstanding verbal, written, active listening, and presentation skills with a strong phone presence. - Sales Aptitude:
Proven ability to qualify, prioritize, and manage a heavy pipeline of prospects while conducting multi-touch outreach daily. - Tech Savvy:
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and comfortable utilizing CRM tools.
