Position Description
  • Prepare Sales and Use Tax returns for corporate and subsidiaries.
  • Research and apply sales and use tax laws as well for city Business Licenses.
  • Prepare Business Licenses for corporate and subsidiaries.
  • Assist managers with audits and any other special projects.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree is required and 3+ years relevant tax experience.
  • Superior listener with strong interpersonal skills necessary to be active and effective leader.
  • Must be proficient in MS Word and Excel.
  • Comfortable in a deadline-driven and rapidly evolving environment.
  • Experience with Oracle People Soft Enterprise a plus.
  • Ability to adapt to changes in business needs and respond quickly.
  • Analytical and research abilities with effective communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and data management skills a must.
  • Ability to build relationship at all levels of the organization.
  • Must be detail oriented and have good organizational skills.
  • Some evening hours will be required during busy seasons.
  • Self-starter who can work autonomously but wants to be a high-impact team.
