FGG Spa, LLC is a growth‑focused franchisee of Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa, currently operating more than 60 locations across 8 states. Our Esthetics program is built on a foundation of high quality, results‑driven treatment options, with a service menu that includes the latest advances in skincare.

Through client education, repeated routine visits, and post‑treatment homecare recommendations, our Estheticians help clients discover the difference between "getting a facial" and "having a skincare ritual."

• Maintain an active Esthetics license in the state where you are working.
• Carry Esthetics liability insurance.
• Adhere to state and local licensing laws and regulations.
• Provide world class client experience to our guests and valued members by performing top‑level services.
• Design and prescribe progressive treatment plans, including homecare regimens, based on the client's individual skincare goals.
• Create an excellent experience through your friendly and helpful attitude.
• Effectively communicate with clients, spa management, and staff.
• Achieve sales and performance goals as outlined by spa leadership.
• Participate in hands‑on training as well as workshops and webinars.
