. PT Solutions is hiring for full-time Physical Therapists who are ready to elevate their careers while making a real difference in patients and communities.
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations and treatments for patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions, providing education tailored to individual needs within an interdisciplinary environment.
- Design personalized, evidence-based treatment plans.
- Efficiently manage patient documentation and workflow within the EMR system.
- Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited PT program
- Current or pending state licensure
- BLS certification
- Strong interpersonal skills and team-oriented mindset
- Ability to manage a full clinical caseload
- Base Salary: $85,000–$105,000/year (based on experience and market factors)
- Monthly Incentive Bonuses for exceeding daily visit thresholds
- Sign-On Bonus:
Up to $10,000 available in select locations - In-house continuing education courses and access to a library of free research articles
- Limber Health software to support in-clinic patient care with at-home support
- Monthly incentive earnings tied to daily average patient caseload
- Generous PTO and holiday pay; extended illness hours (varies by location)
