Pro Sidian Seeks a Digital Training Facility Manager [DTFM] - Willow Grove (Phila), PA (CONUS ) - Digital Training Facility Management (DTFM) (DTFM
063) to support an engagement for a training directorate of the USG that supports training and readiness of active and reserve military and personnel through planning, facilitating, managing, recording and assessing training OBO The Training Management Directorate (TMD).
This service supports DoD/Military Sector Clients (For Present / Future Requirements) and Pro Sidian Team Members work as part of a Engagement Team Cadre (Labor Category: Digital Training Facility Manager) to fulfill FFP - Firm Fixed Price (FFP) requirements and to serve as a Digital Training Facility Manager [DTFM]. A Digital Training Facility (DTF) is a computer lab located on Army installations and Reserve sites worldwide – The DTFM provides management and oversight at/for the assigned DTF.
Responsibilities include:
- Supports oversight of student scheduling, supervision, and training.
- Coordinating facility maintenance and Interacting with Enterprise Management System (EMS) Technicians
- Adherence with EMS direction to replace monitors, desktop computers, and servers as well as verify operation of hardware and software in the DTFs
- Maintenance of facility security, operating equipment, the assistance of students in using assets provided in DTFs
- Monitoring and reporting the condition and inventory of IT hardware, desks, chairs, and other furniture at their site locations
Requirements include:
- 5 years of management experience within the realm of IT support and/or management (Required)
- Bachelor degree (preferably computer science, information systems, information technology, computer engineering or related)
- U.S. Citizenship Required - You must be a United States Citizen
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Products
