• Receive, process, prepare, wrap, slice, weigh, mark, and package products.
• Maintain proper shelf, case, display, and cooler conditions; organize, rotate, and clean products.
• Adhere to all federal, state, and local regulations applicable to the deli area.
• Maintain a safe and clean sales floor and prep area, cleaning and sanitizing surfaces and equipment.
• When designated, direct and supervise deli functions in the absence of the deli manager.
• Work independently with minimal direction or supervision; demonstrate customer‑oriented attitude and company values of CARE, INTEGRITY, TEAMWORK, COURAGE, and HUMOR.

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Understand and communicate company policies and safety regulations.
• Meet ergonomic and physical requirements, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Meet performance standards, including regular attendance.
• Use, or learn to use, equipment and tools required for the job.
