Support store logistics and fulfillment by processing merchandise receipts, fulfilling customer orders, and preparing shipments. Deliver accurate, efficient service while collaborating with the store team and assisting customers on the selling floor.
Responsibilities- Process new merchandise receipts according to company standards.
- Locate and pick merchandise from the selling floor and stock rooms for fulfillment.
- Pack orders according to established policies and techniques.
- Assist with returns to vendors, price changes, damages, salvages, and other logistics initiatives.
- Support store events and use relevant technology to complete job functions.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, adapting to changing priorities.
- Flexible availability for retail hours, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and frequently lift or move up to 50 pounds.
