As an Account Manager for Bret Webster's State Farm Agency, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by providing excellent customer service and proactively marketing relevant products. As an attentive, sociable, service and sales-minded professional, we are eager to have you on our team!

• Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
• Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.
• Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
• Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.

• Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
• Willingness to engage in sales and service conversations.
• Outgoing, friendly and upbeat personality with strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively both in person and on the phone.
• Ability to work independently but also as a value-added member of a team.
• Proficient phone and computer skills.

Compensation: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
