We’re looking for a self‑motivated Commercial Service Account Manager to drive growth for our commercial HVAC, plumbing, and fire sprinkler services. This is a unique opportunity to build and manage accounts, secure maintenance contracts and inspections, and help shape the future of our service division.

• Generate new business and secure recurring commercial service contracts
• Manage and grow existing client accounts, ensuring top‑note service
• Collaborate with operations to ensure seamless service delivery
• Track leads, opportunities, and client activity in CRM systems
• Identify opportunities for service expansion and upselling

• Proven B2B sales or account management experience, ideally in HVAC, plumbing, or fire protection
• Self‑starter with strong communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills
• Goal‑oriented, organized, and able to work independently
• Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Past estimating and proposal experience in the related trades is a must
