Are you an experienced construction sales professional who enjoys being in the field, building relationships, and seeing the direct results of your work? The Dailey Company is seeking a full-time, hybrid Field Construction Sales Representative based in Willow Grove, PA, serving Montgomery and Bucks County.
This hybrid position offers competitive pay, with on-target earnings of $120,000–$200,000 per year (base salary + uncapped commission), along with performance incentives, a car allowance, and a flexible schedule tailored to your workflow and your clients' needs.

In this role, you'll spend your days in the field generating new opportunities with contractors and builders, nurturing professional relationships, and building a strong, self-managed sales pipeline. You'll document all activity in our CRM, stay organized and strategic, and work toward generating $1M+ in sales in your first year while representing The Dailey Company with integrity and confidence.
WHEN WILL YOU WORK?This is a full-time, hybrid position with business-hour availability, scheduled around your clients and sales activity.
WHAT DO YOU NEED TO BE OUR FIELD CONSTRUCTION SALES REPRESENTATIVE?- 3+ years of experience in the remodeling/construction sales world
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Fluency in computers and CRMs
- Comfortable and confident with cold calling
Previous experience selling windows, doors, or cabinets is preferred.
