- Conduct outbound prospecting and follow up with potential customers to generate new business opportunities.

- Build relationships with prospective customers and identify their needs.

- Maintain accurate customer records, sales activities, and opportunities in the CRM.
- Collaborate with internal sales teams and technical specialists to support customer needs.
- Follow established sales processes and goals while participating in ongoing training and professional development.
- 0–3 years of professional, sales, customer service, or other customer-facing experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organization and time management skills
- Comfortable communicating with customers via phone and email
- Interest in building a career in B2B technology sales
- Exposure to CRM systems or sales tools is a plus
