This position is critical in setting the homeowners’ expectations as well as ensuring the customers overall satisfaction. • Base Pay 55k to 70k + Commission opportunities

Responsibilities

• Manage roofing, siding, windows, doors, and gutter installation projects
• Manage all crews working on installations
• Covering a large service area, driving radius can be 2-3 hours 1 way at times
• Getting on top of roofs to ensure measurements, take pictures etc
• Collecting returns from all installations
• Ensuring job site safety on all installations
• Create and build relationships with customers throughout installation process
• Use company CRM software for project information and updates as well as importing data throughout the project
• Complete job measurements and pre-installation inspections
• Offering upgrades and additional project opportunities to customers
• Complete post job inspections
• Complete post job evaluation with customers

Qualifications

• Must be able to legally work in the United States
• 2-5 years exterior construction experience
• A valid license and a clear driving record
• Attention to detail on orders, contracts, note taking etc.
• Highly developed communication skills both verbal and written
• Drive and commitment to achieving individual and company goals
• Proficiency in computer systems and applications as well as mobile technology such as iPads
