Location: Willow Grove, PA 19090
Pay Rate: $17.00/hour
Pay Frequency: Weekly via Direct Deposit
Schedule: Multiple shifts available
Driver’s License: Required
Join Our Team!We are hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to provide compassionate, reliable support to individuals in a residential setting. If you enjoy helping others and making a meaningful difference in someone’s daily life, we would love to hear from you!
Available Shifts 1st Shift – Weekday- Monday & Friday
- 9:00 AM–4:00 PM
- 14 hours/week
- Saturday & Sunday
- 9:00 AM–4:00 PM
- 14 hours/week
- Sunday–Wednesday
- 4:00 PM–11:00 PM
- 28 hours/week
- Thursday–Saturday
- 4:00 PM–11:00 PM
- 21 hours/week
- Sunday–Wednesday
- 11:00 PM–9:00 AM
- 40 hours/week
- Thursday–Saturday
- 11:00 PM–9:00 AM
- 30 hours/week
- Provide direct care and daily support to individuals in a residential setting.
- Assist with activities of daily living as needed.
- Promote safety, independence, and a positive living environment.
- Assist with meal preparation, household tasks, and community activities.
- Provide companionship and encourage participation in meaningful activities.
- Follow individual care plans and agency guidelines.
- Maintain accurate documentation of services provided.
- Communicate professionally with individuals, families, and the care team.
- Valid driver’s license is required.
- Reliable and dependable.
- Compassionate and patient.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Previous DSP, caregiver, direct care, or residential experience is a plus.
- Must be able to successfully complete all required background checks, clearances, and onboarding requirements.
- $17.00/hour
- Weekly pay via direct deposit
