Customer Experience Representative

As a Customer Experience Representative with Air Temp Solutions, you would be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and creating data sheets daily regarding various information for our business operations. You would also serve our customers every day by providing them with necessary product/service information and resolving problems. You are responsible for following-up with our customers regarding their experiences with our company and helping to generate customer reviews.

Our Customer Experience Representatives possess the following characteristics:

• Previous data entry experience including Google docs/sheets, Excel and Microsoft Office is required
• Responding promptly to customer inquiries
• Maintain a positive, professional, and upbeat attitude towards customers at all times
• Validating customer information for accuracy and maintaining customer records
• Following up with customers regarding their visits with our company
• Generating customer reviews through various channels
• Handling customer inquiries through different channels
• Taking payments over the phone
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Additional administrative duties as necessary
• Ensure customer satisfaction and provide customer support
• Knowledge of Air Temp Solutions products and services
