• Fully own and execute the high‑stakes, weekly payroll cycle for approximately 30 field and office employees using our "Construction Manager" software. You are the key to keeping our team happy!
• Ensure 100% accurate compliance with all payroll taxes and union dues. Your project‑based business compliance knowledge is the secret weapon that keeps us running smoothly!
• Manage the complete Accounts Payable cycle, from monitoring the dedicated A/P inbox to processing a manageable volume of 30-50 invoices weekly.
• Support Accounts Receivable functions, stepping up for friendly but firm month‑end collections calls to ensure timely payments and maintain our strong client relationships. You secure the revenue that fuels our growth!

• 3+ years of significant, hands‑on experience as an Accountant or Bookkeeper where payroll was your primary, high‑impact responsibility.
• BA/BS is preferred or Equivalent Experience in accounting and payroll
• Experience with in a construction, manufacturing, or similar is highly desirable—
