We are seeking a full-time, on-site Junior Accountant to join our law firm in Wilmington, Delaware. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in accounting and excellent attention to detail.
Responsibilities include:- Processing payroll, accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Recording and reconciling financial transactions
- Assisting with monthly financial reporting
- Maintaining accurate client and firm accounting records
- Supporting billing, expense tracking, and general bookkeeping functions
- Prepare the annual budget and assist with audits and other accounting projects as needed
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a closely-related accounting degree required
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
