Status: Part-Time Hourly
FLSA Classification: Non-Exempt
Summary of Position: Administrative Manager provides office support for all aspects of the Delaware PrePARE Program.
Responsibilities- Functions as office receptionist, prepares weekly paperwork, processes payroll, maintains confidential participant and personnel records.
- Works in fast-paced demanding environment, maintaining professional manner with staff, families, and other service providers.
- Organized, detail-oriented, good time‑management skills, computer literate, proficient in Microsoft Office Suite/365 Word, Excel, Outlook.
- Works well with others, friendly, outgoing personality.
- Associates degree preferred.
- Minimum High School Diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in an administrative or similar role.
- Proficient computer knowledge necessary; specific skills evaluated upon interview.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
- Knowledge of using various database types or Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems helpful.
- Some understanding of insurance, and third‑party billing helpful.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Bilingual/Spanish speaking applicants a plus.
- Position requires reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and current auto insurance coverage.
