Status: Part-Time Hourly

FLSA Classification: Non-Exempt

Summary of Position: Administrative Manager provides office support for all aspects of the Delaware PrePARE Program.

Responsibilities
  • Functions as office receptionist, prepares weekly paperwork, processes payroll, maintains confidential participant and personnel records.
  • Works in fast-paced demanding environment, maintaining professional manner with staff, families, and other service providers.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, good time‑management skills, computer literate, proficient in Microsoft Office Suite/365 Word, Excel, Outlook.
  • Works well with others, friendly, outgoing personality.
Qualifications / Requirements
  • Associates degree preferred.
  • Minimum High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Previous experience in an administrative or similar role.
  • Proficient computer knowledge necessary; specific skills evaluated upon interview.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
  • Knowledge of using various database types or Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems helpful.
  • Some understanding of insurance, and third‑party billing helpful.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Bilingual/Spanish speaking applicants a plus.
  • Position requires reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and current auto insurance coverage.
