Legal Receptionist – Wilmington, DE (Onsite) – 4 Month Temp to perm – M-F 8AM-5PMClient is seeking a Site Supervisor for a contract from 12/1/2025 to 3/27/2026, starting immediately. This role supports daily operations within a legal environment, including mail, copy/print, fax, scanning, local court runs, and back‑up reception. Position requires professionalism, strong customer service, and the ability to handle sensitive, time‑critical legal documents. Parking provided.
Responsibilities- Supervise day‑to‑day site operations; run shifts independently.
- Perform mail, copy/print, fax, scanning, and document services.
- Handle highly sensitive and confidential legal documents with accuracy.
- Conduct local court runs by walking to nearby locations; perform occasional driving for mail drop‑off.
- Provide reception back‑up and interact professionally with legal secretaries, paralegals, project managers, associates, and partners.
- Support processes such as closing binders, depositions, court deliveries, and trial preparation scheduling for equipment, labor, and supplies.
- Apply chargeback knowledge (e.g., Copitrak, Equitrak) for work, supplies, and client billing.
- Implement and maintain Ricoh Service Excellence standards.
- Ensure workflow efficiency, job scheduling accuracy, quality control, and audit/deadline compliance.
- Monitor and correct time clock punches; assist in achieving shift profitability through proper use of materials and supplies.
- Train staff on workflow and machine operations as needed.
- Communicate professionally with customers; resolve contract‑related issues and support sales with pricing/order/invoicing questions.
- Maintain positive internal working relationships and support performance management processes.
- Complete site reports accurately; assist with month‑end reporting in the Site Manager’s absence.
- Perform other assigned duties.
- High school diploma or GED.
- 2+ years of related experience; legal industry experience strongly preferred.
- Copy/print production experience required.
- Ability to walk for court runs, stand for extended periods, and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Strong organizational and goal‑setting abilities.
- Ability to operate advanced office equipment and stay updated on technology.
- Professional, polished appearance suitable for reception coverage.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work under tight deadlines and pressure.
