Job Description:

This position will be responsible for hospitality, copy/mail, back-up reception and print duties in the mail center as well as print production. Hospitality duties will include restocking pantries, cleaning coffee stations, and maintaining clean and organized conference rooms/visitor offices. Print production experience is important for candidates to be considered for this role. Candidates should also have strong communication skills and be able to answer phone calls and emails.

Professional conduct and appearance are important. The physical requirements for this role include being able to lift up to 50 pounds. There will be assistance available for lifting over 50 pounds.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate high‑volume copiers and duplicating equipment
  • Perform binding, cutting, drilling, stapling, shrink‑wrapping, and finishing
  • Conduct daily copier quality checks and clear paper jams
  • Perform minor copier maintenance and coordinate service repairs
  • Maintain meter readings, service logs, and billing records
  • Sort, distribute, and process incoming and outgoing mail and packages
  • Apply postage and manage postage meters
  • Perform shipping and receiving, verify packing slips, and track deliveries
  • Maintain inventory of supplies and materials
  • Scan, OCR, convert, and name files accurately
  • Perform FTP file transfers and prepare files for print
  • Handle highly sensitive and time‑critical legal documents with accuracy
  • Restock pantries and clean coffee stations
  • Set up and maintain conference rooms and visitor offices
  • Assist with meeting room setups and light office maintenance
  • Perform occasional cleaning and light facility support as needed
  • Answer phone calls and emails professionally
  • Greet visitors and provide backup reception support
  • Respond to service requests and job status inquiries
  • Deliver completed jobs to designated locations
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum 1–2 years of professional office experience
  • Print production or copy center experience (required)
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (assistance available for heavier items)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Work Environment

  • May require overtime, nights, weekends, or emergency response
