Partner with Compliance to maintain documentation and regulatory accuracy
- 2–3 years of experience in sales enablement, revenue operations, or related roles
- Financial services experience required (asset management, investment management, wealth management, fintech, or adjacent)
- Strong Hub Spot expertise, including workflows, pipeline setup, dashboards, and automation
- Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and operationally minded
- Strong communication skills and experience partnering with sales teams
- Experience in the ETF space
- Experience supporting institutional, advisor, or high‑net‑worth client channels
- Exposure to compliance workflows or regulated environments
- Basic knowledge of investment products and financial concepts
