General Manager Kirkwood HWY
General Manager position responsible for overseeing daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring quality customer service, and maintaining inventory and equipment.
Job Responsibilities
• Operate all restaurant equipment and manage workflow.
• Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage and work area.
• Prepare product and deliver to customers.
• Receive and process telephone orders and take inventory.
• Clean equipment and facility daily.
Qualifications
• Ability to perform basic math accurately and quickly (may use calculator).
• Proficient verbal, written, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
• Motor coordination and ability to make precise movements with speed.
• Keyboard or touch screen typing skills and ability to comprehend and give written instructions.
• Verbal communication with customers and co-workers to process orders both over the phone and in person.
• Deliver product by car and then to door of customer; deliver flyers and door hangers; navigate maps to locate addresses.
• Navigate adverse terrain including multi-story buildings, private homes, and other delivery sites while carrying product.
