• Collaborate with the Business Process Leader to design and standardize workflows across the organization
• Document and maintain processes and procedures for training and reference purposes
• Redesign and implement best-in-class business processes and data standards
• Create client deliverables and lead training efforts for team members
• Participate in working groups with national and regional representatives to enhance process efficiency

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in the designated line of business
• Understanding of the insurance brokerage business
• Proven critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Experience with process improvement and best practices
• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams

• Experience working with an agency management system
• Demonstrates a bias for action and commitment to achieving sustainable results
• Ability to challenge the status quo to recommend business process improvements
