This paid, 10-week internship provides a dynamic and engaging experience featuring meaningful project work, one-on-one mentorship, executive exposure, professional development opportunities, volunteer initiatives, networking events, and collaboration with fellow interns.

** Business Systems Analyst** - Intern will be responsible for bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions. This role primarily supports the full-time analyst team by assisting in the analysis, documentation, and improvement of business processes. The intern will create process flows, user stories, and technical documentation and act as a liaison between business users and technical teams. They may serve in an administrative capacity that may include facilitating Community of Practice meetings, taking notes, producing reports, and coordinating meetings.

In addition, the intern will take on their own assignments at the direction of the BSA and BSA Manager. These assignments will be smaller in size/scope but will require that the intern plan the work, ask questions, resolve issues, and provide status updates at team meetings. The intern may also be asked to provide support to other areas within the Tech & Ops organization as needed.
