Position: The Perry Group: Construction Manager 2 (power & electrical, field)

Construction Manager 2 (power & electrical, field)

Pay Range: $ – $

Location: United States – Nationwide

  • Overall project construction management for large, heavy industrial power projects with electrical background.
  • Safety, quality control, scheduling, contract compliance, and drawing/conformance management.
  • Independent decision‑making with value judgment and minimal supervision.
  • Client payment preparation and contract extras, coordinating with the Project Manager.
  • Ensure contractor work meets drawing intent and safety standards.
  • Maintain professional client relationships, timely correspondence, and issue resolution.
  • Adhere to The Perry Group Quality Policy Statement and document control requirements.
  • Daily reporting and quality inspection reporting accuracy.
  • Schedule monitoring and coordination with the Construction Manager.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Six (6) or more years of relevant experience with a Bachelor’s degree, or
  • Eight (8) or more years of relevant experience with an Associate degree, or
  • Ten (10) or more years of relevant experience with a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Degree must be in Construction Management, Engineering, or a similar technical field.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience leading construction on large‑scale, heavy industrial projects with varying subcontractor disciplines.
  • Particular experience on power projects with electrical background.
  • OSHA 30 certification.
  • Ability to work at project locations throughout the United States.
