Hillternity partners with charitable organizations to help deliver essential supplies to children in need. As a Community Engagement Representative, you'll be the face of our mission at public venues - sparking conversations, inspiring support, and guiding donors through the giving process.

Your Responsibilities:

Represent nonprofit initiatives at events, pop-ups, and community hubs across Delaware

Start conversations and educate the public about how they can help

Assist donors in completing contributions or sign-up forms

Track your outreach results and strive toward personal milestones

Collaborate in an upbeat, team-oriented atmosphere

Weekly earnings range from $750 to $1,000 or more, depending on performance.

Candidate Requirements:

Must be 18 or older and authorized to work in the U.S.

Access to reliable transportation is a plus

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Positive, proactive attitude and dependable work ethic

Comfortable working on your feet and speaking with the public

Experience in customer service, outreach, or event roles is helpful but not required
