Job Overview

Nannas, Haines & Schiavo, P.A., an accounting, tax services, and consulting firm, is looking for a Dental Practice Management Consultant to join our unique team of professionals. Our firm specializes in working with Dentists and Dental Specialists to assist them in every aspect of running their dental practice. As well as business, tax, and financial services, we offer consulting services designed to help dental practices achieve efficiency, growth, and success.

Location:

Wilmington, DE

Responsibilities
  • Providing comprehensive and ongoing support to the dentist and the dental team
  • Assisting in transitioning practice ownership, as well as starting or closing a practice
  • Developing processes for patient services and optimum dental care with patient satisfaction
  • Formulating operation and systems management plans for implementation
  • Handling human resources, as well as employment practices to allow for exceptional teamwork
  • Managing facets of Accounts Receivable through review of insurance participation, billing, and collection procedures
  • Guiding practice expansion and growth through efficient protocols and marketing
  • Supporting dental software reporting, and overseeing data conversions
  • Compiling data for analysis of production and collection statistics
  • Undertaking short- or long-term projects to address various issues and needs of the dental practice while providing advice or suggestions for improvement according to objectives
Preferred

Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management or equivalent years of work experience.
  • Proven experience in management or consulting, preferably within the dental industry
  • Strong understanding of dental practice operations, regulations and compliance requirements
  • Proficiency in numerous dental software systems
  • A great listener with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Exceptional organizational and coordination skills with time-management abilities
  • Attention to detail, accuracy and strict confidentiality are a must.
