Overview

Talkiatry is seeking 100% Remote BC/BE Psychiatrists to join our national team as we continue to expand across the US. Base pay range is $/yr - $/yr. The compensation plan includes a base salary plus a monthly productivity incentive, with the productivity incentive guaranteed during the onboarding ramp up period.

Talkiatry is built for Psychiatrists, by Psychiatrists, offering the stability and support of a hospital group with the autonomy of private practice. Our model provides remote, telehealth psychiatry with in-network coverage and a large in-house team to support billing and administration.

• Provide psychiatric care remotely within Talkiatry’s platform and integrated EMR
• Select a patient population according to your criteria and preferences; adapt in real time to balance acuity and diagnoses
• Attend to patient intakes with a minimum of 60 minutes and follow-up visits with 30 minutes
• Leverage the in-house referral network and collaborate with specialists and therapists as needed
• Utilize Talkiatry’s technology, including EMR, telemedicine, and labs integration, to track patient outcomes
• Help maintain high-quality, cost-effective care within a remote practice setting

• Board eligible or certified in Psychiatry; subspecialties strongly encouraged
• Active and unrestricted medical license; licensure assistance available
• Excellent clinical knowledge and communication skills
• Willingness to learn new or streamlined EMR tools
• Proactive, collaborative work ethic and commitment to high-quality care
