Orthopedist (Physician) – Part‑Time

Location: Wilmington and Middletown, DE

Commitment: 1–2 days per month

We are seeking a compassionate Orthopedist to join our medical practice part time in the Wilmington and Middletown DE area. We value our patients and want to listen to them and offer comprehensive care, scheduling new patient appointments in 30‑45 min blocks and follow‑up appointments in 30 min time frames. Our ideal Physician has tact and skill in patient management, excellent communication skills, and enjoys working as part of a comprehensive team to offer patients the best care possible.

Our medical office provides high‑quality integrated healthcare to people suffering from neuro‑musculoskeletal injuries and chronic conditions. We offer office‑based diagnostic, surgical, and rehabilitation services medically managed from evaluation through treatment to ensure patients achieve the best achievable outcomes. We are a leader in care delivery for personal injury and worker’s compensation cases and are committed to ESG considerations within our operations.

• Patient care and management – initial medical consults and follow‑up
• Recommend and conduct diagnostic testing to determine extent of injury and appropriate treatment
• Order diagnostic labs/imaging, including in‑house computerized neurocognitive testing
• Oversee diagnosis and treatment of occupational or motor vehicle injuries, mild‑to‑moderate closed head injuries, and post‑traumatic headaches
• Prepare patients for return to work after illness or injury
• Timely and accurate documentation
• Order or refer to in‑house therapies
• Collaborate with colleagues and staff for comprehensive patient care
• Uphold the company’s mission to provide exceptional patient care and lead in a way that aligns with company goals

• MD/DO from an accredited educational institution
• BCBEs in Orthopedics
• Unrestricted license to practice medicine in the State of Delaware
• Favorable malpractice history
• Basic Life Support/Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification
• DEA license

• Part‑time (1–2 days per month)
• No call or weekends

• $175–$200 per hour (depending on experience and credentials)
