Position Overview
We are seeking a pediatric physician who is board-certified or board-eligible in hospital medicine, palliative care, or complex care to join our dedicated team at Nemours Children’s Health in Wilmington, Delaware. This is an outstanding opportunity to become part of an experienced, collegial, and highly skilled group within the Nemours Diagnostic Referral Division—a unique and dynamic service specializing in complex diagnoses and the comprehensive care of children with multifaceted medical needs, both inpatient and outpatient.
In this role, you would collaborate with a committed team of five physicians and one physician assistant, supported by a robust ancillary staff that includes a registered nurse, case manager, and administrative coordinators. You would have the opportunity to provide care not only within our hospital but also across several long-term care facilities throughout Delaware and Pennsylvania. Qualifications
- Medical Degree (MD, DO or Equivalent) from an accredited medical school
- Board certifications in general pediatrics required
- Board certification/eligibility in hospital medicine and palliative care preferred
- Unrestricted medical license & DEA in the state of Delaware
- Individuals at all levels of experience will be considered.
